Marvel has a rich history of scary, powerful and just plain odd villians, so many that it would be impossible to got through them all here. instead, why not check out Marvel's Villian Index, to find your favourite destroyer of worlds. On this website, i've included three of my personal favourites.
Loki
Look, i'm going to be honest here, i'm a sucker for Loki. He's the god of mischief and lies, so you just know he's gonna be fun. He's over dramatic, cunning, sarcastic and he was played by Tom Hiddleston, who, as we all know, is perfect. Loki was first introduced into Marvel in 1949, as Thor's adoptive brother and mortal enemy (family dinners must be a nightmare). He actually has quite the sad back story, growing up in his brothers shadow, being made to believe that he could have the crown, even though his father never intended to let him have it, then finally being told in his adult life he was adopted as part of a prophecy... well, that's enough to screw anyone up. Despite this, Loki's actually had large amounts of character development, to the point where he's even been given his own comic series which, I assure you is fantastic.
